Strategic New Hires
DTS has recently made strategic new hires to add to our team of Professionals! We are very happy to announce our new team members Kimberly Hubble, Mark Sievers, and Greg Yarbrough. Please read below to learn more about their new positions at DTS and past experience.
Ms. Kimberly Hubble, PMP, is the Director of Agile Solutions at DTS with experience in project management, spatial analysis, database management and cartography. Her Information Technology background includes applications development and database design. She is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional with effective communication and organizational skills. As Project Manager with Colorado DOT she has experience in pavement data collection, videolog applications, ArcGIS Server web application and mobile development, SAP/GIS integration. She has extensive knowledge of DOT highway data including LRS, safety, traffic, pavement and assets. Her work experience includes acting as the GIS Support Unit Manager for the Division of Transportation Development at the Colorado Department of Transportation as well as serving as a senior consultant for Geographic Analysis to the Division. Ms. Hubble graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Information Systems from Xavier University and a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from the University of Denver.
Mr. Mark Sievers, AICP, is the Quality Assurance Director at DTS. He brings 28 years of planning experience including 7 years as president of the Sievers & Associates planning firm. He also has 21 years of experience with the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council where he worked on and managed a wide range of programs and served as the first and long-time manager of the Central Florida GIS (CFGIS) initiative, a multi-faceted 10-county collaborative effort. He has had significant involvement in planning/transportation data collection and analysis, GIS, Developments of Regional Impact, comprehensive planning, economic development and transportation applications. Mr. Sievers graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Political Science (Public Administration track), both from the University of Florida.
Mr. Greg Yarbrough, GISP, is the Director of GIS Solutions at DTS. With 28 years of experience in GIS database design, development and analysis Mr. Yarbrough brings a strong focus on the application of GIS in the areas of transportation planning and engineering and has specialized in GIS management and operations, GIS-T applications development, asset management systems, database design/development and data collection. His past experiences included managing and mentoring GIS and programming staff as well as the management of enterprise application development projects, working with clients to design innovative data management solutions to enhance business workflows and providing frameworks for the development of tools designed specifically for transportation agencies. He currently serves as a member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Geographic Information Science and Applications Committee (ABJ60). Mr. Yarbrough graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of South Carolina.
