System Hosting

Since VUEWorks™ is a web enabled application, a VUEWorks partner can host your site as a subscription service accessible over the Internet. The software resides on the partner's server - relieving you of the responsibility for hardware, database maintenance, backups, security, updates and operations. This could be an interim solution while you establish your own IT infrastructure, or permanent if you decide you do not want that overhead and responsibility.

Data Collection

VUEWorks partners utilize industry-standard cost effective GIS data collection techniques to generate your data sets. Coordination between our staff engineers, experts in GPS, GIS and CAD, and partner staff ensure data integrity. Whether its going out in the field, converting paper drawings to digital GIS data, or any other process necessary to provide useful data, your data collection needs will be well handled by our expert partners.

Implementation

A properly implemented system is at least as important as the software itself. To this end we work with your staff and our partners to provide full on-site implementation services to ensure the VUEWorks solution is properly configured to meet your needs.

Training

VUEWorks is easy to use, and even though most find they can start using the application without any training, we consider training to be a critical part of getting the most from the software. Usually performed at your site for your convenience, the training experience can be customized to fit your needs - one to one, small group or formal classroom. We can also provide remote training via the internet if that works better for your organization. Just like the software - great flexibility.

Database Integration

The open architecture of VUEWorks software is a great strength that allows linking to other databases. If there is a need to link your existing data to your VUEWork's system, our database experts can help. We can link with practically any ODBC compliant system and most proprietary systems - billing, tax assessment, CAMA, and other data (SQL Server, MySQL, Informix, Oracle, MS Access, MS Excel spreadsheet and others). This could be a one-time data transfer, a system of regular updates, or a direct connection - whatever is right for you.

Asset Management Consulting
