The VUEWorks^TM CIP (Capital Improvement Planning) module builds on the powerful interactive interface found in VUEWorks Core module to deliver capital improvement planning capabilities to the VUEWorks Sewer module.

The CIP module is designed to help capital improvement planners determine multi-year budgetary requirements to improve or maintain the overall condition of the sanitary sewer collection system by placing the control in your hands. It will graphically represent what will happen to your infrastructure with insufficient funding - a useful tool to support financial decisions!

All pipes, structures and pump stations can be included in the analysis or just the assets you choose. Since condition information is not always available for every asset, VUEWorks CIP utilizes condition assessment data where it exists, then fills in the gaps through user-defined deterioration curves and life expectancies to determine the overall condition of the system.

Perform 'what-if' budget scenarios by adjusting budgets, project types, and prioritization criteria that can be saved for further analysis. Use the module to justify budgetary requirements by printing the results to a report, or perhaps use it to interactively highlight prioritized assets on the map in front of decision makers.
